I recently visited Stockholm’s Green Rabbit bakery by chef Mathias Dahlgren, Green Rabbit is located in central Stockholm, I went on a Saturday afternoon and picked up a few goodies. I firstly had a excellent coffee and to follow I purchased a few treats, as always lets get into the details:

The bakery is located centrally and is in a very nice neighbourhood about 15 minutes walk from the central shopping district, it is nice a cute building on the corner.

My first purchase was a classic rye bread which tasted so fresh, it was full of flavour and it also contained some small nuts which added to the taste.

My second purchase was this walnut and almond cake, it had a light sponge underneath and was a great pre-dinner snack.

My final purchase went so well with my coffee, a dark chocolate and sea-salt cookie, the centre of the cookie was almost like a brownie it was so soft.

To conclude I really enjoyed my brief visit to Green Rabbit bakery, the only sad thing was that it is closed on Sunday and Monday so I wasn’t able to purchase any treats to take back to London 🙁
